wdyrt is a platform for users to submit voice and text reviews of products and services. Reviews are public and may be displayed on the Service indefinitely.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your reviews on the Service and for promotional purposes.

Products are submitted by users. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of product information. Product owners may claim their listings by verifying domain ownership.
Product claiming is a paid service ($1,500/year). Payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visualize Value LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
